Cone Plugs
Flanged conical masking plugs seal the inside of holes while the flange shields the surrounding surface—preventing coating build-up and ensuring clean, sharp edges after curing. Made from high-temperature PGA silicone for powder coating, E-coat (cataphoresis), and anodizing applications.
• Flange + cone geometry protects both the bore and the surrounding face.
• Speeds up masking and reduces rework from coating on critical surfaces.
• Flexible silicone allows easy de-painting/cleaning for repeat use.
• Resistant up to 250°C and to common process chemicals (application dependent).
