Gear masking plugs (threaded masking plugs) are designed for masking internal threads—ideal for threaded holes and the inside of nuts.
The threaded profile ensures a secure fit and helps protect the masked area from liquids, over spray, and dust during coating and surface-treatment processes.
Manufactured from high-temperature PGA silicone for powder coating, E coat (cataphoresis), and anodizing applications.
