PVC Coating
Plastisol PVC coating is a dip-coating process used to cover all or selected areas of metal parts with a durable, flexible PVC layer.
MEP Teknik supplies liquid PVC (plastisol) formulations for applications such as coating racks used in plating baths, parts requiring a soft-touch finish, and areas where electrical conductivity is not desired (insulation).
Plastisol coating helps improve corrosion protection, reduces noise and vibration, and protects parts from sharp edges, friction, and surface damage. Color, quantity, and formulation can be customized based on the coated area and end-use requirements.

- Typical process steps:
+ Preheat the part
+ Dip into liquid PVC (plastisol)
+ Cure for the required coating thickness. - Use cases: plating racks, aesthetic and soft-surface parts, insulation areas, and edge/friction protection points.
- Automotive
- Defense & Aerospace
- Playground & Park Equipment
- Hand Tools & Hardware; Medical; and others.
Available in custom colors and specifications depending on the required volume and application.
