Masking Cords
Silicone masking cords are used to mask long, straight holes and channels where coating is not desired. They can be supplied in the required diameters and lengths. Manufactured from high-temperature PGA silicone for powder coating, E-coat (cataphoresis), and anodizing processes.

- Ideal for masking long bolts, pins, shafts, and cylindrical surfaces.
- Available in multiple inner/outer diameters; can be cut to length as needed.
- Flexible silicone enables quick installation and clean removal.
- Resistant up to 250°C and to common process chemicals (application dependent).
Reusable to reduce consumable costs in production.
