WITHOUT FAN (INFRACAT) TYPE INFRARED PANEL
INFRACAT fanless gas-fired infrared heaters generate heat through an exothermic reaction between gas and a platinum catalyst, delivering up to 20 kW/m² of radiant heat.
Operating pressures:
• Natural Gas: 7–21 mbar
• LPG: 10–30 mbar
They are widely preferred for their fast heat-up and economical operation.
Typical Applications
• Drying and curing ovens for powder coating and liquid paint
• Wood finishing: drying of liquid paint, varnish, and lacquer
• MDF powder coating applications
• Food industry baking processes (application dependent)
• Drying of polish/adhesive applications
• Rubber vulcanization
• Paper industry paint and drying processes
• Synthetic leather baking and patterning
• Baking of glass wool and resins
• Paint drying on mirrors and coated glass
• Space heating for factories, greenhouses, and similar environments

Gas-type infrared heaters do not need to heat the air or rely on heated air for heat transfer, unlike conventional convection systems.
Instead, they deliver radiant energy directly to the coated surface, heating the paint/film and the substrate surface rapidly.
As a result, the required heating can be achieved within a much shorter IR zone. Because the system targets the surface rather than heating the entire part mass, it enables more economical and efficient operation (application dependent).
