Box Type Liquid Coating Ovens
Box-type infrared ovens are used to cure liquid-painted parts with long drying times, enabling significantly faster curing. Because the heaters and the parts are housed in the same chamber, the process is efficient and economical. In addition, since the system does not include a separate combustion chamber, there is no need for a chimney to exhaust flue gases. The oven interior is fully stainless steel, making cleaning and maintenance easy—key reasons why these ovens are widely preferred.
Heating is not limited to infrared radiation. If certain surfaces are shaded or out of the direct line of sight of the IR emitters, a recirculation fan circulates hot air inside the chamber to ensure uniform curing in those areas.
Box-type infrared ovens are used to cure liquid-painted parts with long drying times and offer the following advantages:
- Fast paint curing
- Economical operation, as the heaters and parts are in the same chamber
- No chimney required, since there is no combustion unit that produces flue gases
- Fully stainless-steel interior for easy cleaning and maintenance
These benefits make box-type infrared ovens a preferred solution.
