PVC Coating
Plastisol coating refers to the process of covering all or part of a metal surface.
Available in liquid PVC form from our company;
It is used for coating racks in plating baths, products requiring an aesthetic appearance, products needing a soft surface, products where electrical conductivity is undesirable, surfaces where noise and vibration are to be minimized, products and specific areas where sharp edges and metal friction should be avoided. Depending on the amount to be coated, liquid PVC can be custom produced in the desired color, quantity, and for the intended purpose.
Plastisol coating consists of 3 stages:
+ Preheating
+ Dipping into liquid plastisol
+ Curing process
