Water Curtain Wet Paint Booth

Water curtain paint booths, widely used in various surface coating applications, are custom-designed to meet specific size requirements based on user needs. These booths are engineered to ensure a consistent airflow while efficiently extracting overspray paint particles that do not adhere to the workpiece. Paint particles are captured on the water curtain surface via the suction fan integrated into the booth. Particles that bypass the curtain are further captured by high-pressure nozzles located behind the curtain. Any remaining particles are retained in four-stage separators, ensuring a clean and healthy working environment for both personnel and the product. Optionally, booth lighting and extraction fans can be manufactured as explosion-proof (Ex-Proof). Additionally, a paint sludge separator system can be integrated upon request.
