Automatic Spray Cleaning Lines
One of the most important factors determining the lifespan of powder and wet paint applications is the cleanliness of the surface to be coated.
There are two professional methods commonly used for this process. One of them is called spray-type surface cleaning, in which the product to be painted is cleaned by spraying surface preparation chemicals—drawn from chemical tanks—onto the surface through pressurized nozzles, based on the process sequence and product dimensions.
In spray surface cleaning systems, the part is hung on the conveyor once and is removed only after the entire painting process is completed.
