Automatic Spray Cleaning Lines

One of the most critical factors determining the durability of powder and wet paint applications is the cleanliness of the surface to be coated. There are two professional methods commonly used for this purpose. One of them is the spray-type surface cleaning process. In this method, based on the product's processing sequence and dimensions, surface preparation chemicals are sprayed onto the parts through pressurized nozzles from chemical tanks. In spray surface cleaning, the part is hung on the conveyor only once and is taken down only after the entire painting process is complete.
