In compact-type surface cleaning systems, the cleaning process is carried out in three stages:
First Stage – Degreasing:
A hot degreasing chemical is sprayed under pressure onto the rotating materials inside the drum using a pump and nozzles. This ensures thorough surface coverage and effective cleaning.
Second Stage – Rinsing:
The degreased parts are then rinsed to remove any residual chemicals. After the dripping phase is completed, the surface cleaning process ends. The durations for chemical washing, rinsing, and dripping can be adjusted based on the product specifications.
Third Stage – Drying:
After cleaning, the drying stage begins. The air circulation fan and heating elements (resistances) are activated to start the drying process. The operation continues for the preset duration and stops automatically. Pneumatic front doors open, and the surface cleaning process of the product is completed.
The total process takes approximately 25–30 minutes. It is a practical surface cleaning solution for low-capacity operations and facilities with limited space.
