Infrared Varnish-Lacquer (Furniture) Drying Ovens

In the wood industry, these ovens use gas-type infrared heaters to safely and quickly dry varnish, lacquer, and other wet paints on furniture, eliminating fire risks. The drying process operates at approximately 40-60°C, and the ovens are easy to install and use. While conventional ovens require 8–12 hours to dry varnish and lacquer paints, infrared wood drying ovens reduce this time to 1–2 hours. Loading and unloading parts is very simple. Since there is no separate heating unit, there is minimal air circulation, preventing dust problems on the wood surface. Infrared panels inside the oven retain all the energy within, and stainless steel cladding on the inner walls enhances infrared energy efficiency. Due to the low gas consumption of the infrared oven, operating costs are significantly reduced.
