Infrared Panel (Fan Type)
BOOSTERCAT (FAN-ASSISTED GAS-FIRED) HEATERS
This is a model of infrared heater equipped additionally with a fan. They can produce 30 kW/m² of heat.
It is recommended to use this type of heater for horizontal conveyor heating arranged parallel to the ground.
Operating pressures:
Natural Gas: 7-21 mbar
LPG: 10-30 mbar
They are preferred because they provide economical and fast heating.
Used in powder and wet paint drying and curing ovens
Drying applications for wet paint and varnish in the wood industry
Powder coating applications on MDF
Baking processes in the food industry
Drying of varnish adhesives
Rubber curing
Paint and drying processes in the paper industry
Baking and embossing processes in synthetic leather manufacturing
Baking of glass wool and resins
