Fanless Type Infrared Panel

INFRACAT (FANLESS GAS-FIRED) HEATERS
They generate heat through the exothermic reaction of gas and platinum, producing up to 20 kW/m² of heat.
Operating pressures:
Natural Gas: 7–21 mbar
LPG: 10–30 mbar
Preferred for their economical and rapid heating capabilities.

Applications include:
Drying and curing ovens for powder and wet paint
Drying in wood industry for wet paint and varnish applications
Powder coating on MDF surfaces
Baking processes in the food industry
Drying of polish adhesives
Vulcanization of rubber
Paint and drying processes in the paper industry
Baking and patterning in synthetic leather manufacturing
Baking of glass wool and resins
Paint drying on mirrors and coated glass
Space heating in factories, greenhouses, and similar environments
Suitable for these applications.

Gas-type infrared heaters do not need to heat the air or rely on air for heat transfer, unlike conventional systems.

They directly heat the paint or coating on the surface of the product being treated.

Therefore, infrared heating is performed in a short heating zone. Since the infrared heater does not heat the entire mass, it provides more economical heating.
