Immersion-Type Surface Cleaning

In powder and liquid paint applications, one of the most critical factors determining the paint’s longevity is the cleanliness of the surface to be coated. There are two professional methods commonly used for this. One of them is the immersion-type surface cleaning method, in which the product to be painted is immersed into chemical tanks depending on its process stage and dimensions. This method is generally preferred for surface preparation of long parts. After the surface cleaning and drying process, the parts are transferred to the painting conveyor for the coating process.
