Immersion-Type Surface Cleaning
In powder and liquid paint applications, one of the most critical factors affecting the longevity of the coating is the cleanliness of the surface to be painted.
For this purpose, two professional methods are commonly used. One of them is called immersion-type surface cleaning, where the parts are immersed in chemical tanks according to the process stage and the size of the workpiece.
The immersion method is generally preferred for surface preparation of long or complex-shaped components.
After surface cleaning and drying, the parts are transferred to the painting conveyor line for the coating process.
