Box Type Oven

Infrared heaters, which are used for the complete curing of wet paint, offer efficient and rapid processing that saves both space and energy.
Unlike conventional systems, infrared heaters do not heat the entire mass or the surrounding air. Instead, they generate molecular movement directly in the coating and paint surface. This friction-based heating method ensures that only the surface layer of the metal heats up, depending on the material's heat conduction coefficient, rather than the entire product.
Infrared heaters do not require air to transfer heat as in conventional systems. They directly heat the coated surface and the paint or coating applied to it. Therefore, the heating and curing process is completed in a much shorter time.

Advantages

  • Gas-powered infrared heaters generate heat through exothermic reactions, eliminating open flames on surfaces. This makes them safe to use in flammable or explosive environments.

  • No open flame means no harmful gas emissions are produced, allowing for an environmentally friendly heating process.

  • Faster and direct heating leads to more economical curing and energy efficiency.
